When you report a claim, you will receive a unique username and password that grants you access to your Claims Portal. The username and password for the Claims Portal is NOT the same as your regular "My Account" username and password.

The Claims Portal is a password-protected, individual, and claim-specific website that allows you to access, review and retain specific information related to your claim. It includes a timeline that tracks the progress of the claim. It also houses claim-related documents and how-to information.
