Yes. You are able to change your delivery choice at any time. Please allow up to five business days to process your request. Click here to request paper communications instead of eDelivery.
We will send you information in an email, attach documents to an email, or send you a link so that you can log in to our web site with your password and view documents on our secure server.
There are several options. You can print a copy yourself using your computer/printer. You can email us at custservice@weinsuredocs.com. You can call our Customer Service Department at 800-492-0193. Yes. We are committed to the security and privacy of your communications. Access to confidential eDelivery documents on our server requires a user name and password, and your information is protected by 128-bit encryption technology.
There is no fee for signing up for eDelivery or discontinuing eDelivery.
Except for some unique, limited circumstances, you will receive all your communications via eDelivery. This includes policy and billing information, risk management information, annual reports and newsletters, information about coverages and services, and other notices or information that we are required by law or agreement to provide to you.
To receive and use eDelivery you will need: Internet connection; web browser that supports 128-bit encryption, such as Chrome (all versions), Firefox (all versions, ver. 10 or higher recommended), Safari (all versions, ver. 5 or higher recommended), Internet Explorer (version 8 or higher); email account with an Internet service provider; Adobe Reader software to review PDF files, which can be downloaded without charge from Adobe; computer, monitor and operating system capable of receiving, accessing and displaying Communications received from us in electronic form via a plain text-formatted email or by access to our web site; printer (if you wish to print a copy of the communication), and sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer’s hard drive or other data storage unit to download and store the Communications.
eDelivery refers to electronic delivery. Customers who sign up for ProAd eDelivery will receive their communications electronically rather than through U.S. mail. In addition to being good for the environment, this paperless option offers you a quick, convenient, secure and organized alternative to slow mail delivery and paper clutter.
No. We respect your privacy. Your email address will be used for communications about your policy and ProAd only. Your email address is never shared or sold to third-parties. For additional information about our Privacy Policy, please click here.
